Skills Required:
Design for Plastic, Sheetmetal & Casting Parts - Experience in consumer products (audio/video related products is an advantage).
Experience in machinery and big systems, oil not required. Knowledge in the manufacturing process and material selection.
Experience in Development of Rugged Device with requirements of meeting Ingress Protection, vibration, shock, and drop test as per international test standards parametric modeling for Part / Assembly Design.
Expert-level software knowledge in Solidworks is required. Knowledge in Tolerance Stack Up Analysis, GD&T, ASME Y14.5, DFM & DFA practices Experience in DFMEA, Environment Testing & Product Qualification for Manufacturing Electronics Packaging for Rugged / Waterproof devices Manage Product Engineering BOM (Multi-Level) Profiles should be from Plastic domain, Industry should be Home appliance & electronic industry Tool will be Solid work, Key shot
GD&T knowledge, tolerance stack-up knowledge, Material selection, Design Guideline for plastic & sheet metalparts, Waterproofing experience (IP rating standard)Environmental testing, thermal simulation, Vibration testing, shock testing.
