Job Summary
Planning for PCP (Personal Care Products) supply side (India) functions and co-ordination with CPD/CMB planners, production & procurement to ensure adherence to customer service through Monthly S&OP and other weekly reviewsDevelop & refine PCP scheduling processes for the organisation that supports achievement of business objectives. Ensure line plans in line with customer requirements, capacities and resources using contemporary toolsEnsure hygienic and safe storage of material in stores and maintain FIFO. To ensure that FGs are shipped out timely by liasioning with the local transporter and marketing team/customers in case of directed transport arrangements. To generate periodic MIS reports on Plant performance on FG production/despatches and RM/PM/Oils to assist and improve business. Along with Procurement and Quality functions, continuously assess supplier capacities and capabilities to ensure optimal availability of materialsDesign a Business Continuity Plan along with Procurement and ensure readiness for key A category Chem/Pkgg Understand the procurement strategy for all materials for the organization and support achievement of business objectives. Understand long term and short term plans for the RMPM procurement team. Also strategising on All India LogisticsResponsible for implementation of best practices in production /line planning working with the GM- Operations, Baddi and Central Planning teamResponsible for implementation of best practices in procurement of materials and services for PCP operations, vendor management, transaction processing (Schedules) and delivery management Responsible for managing resources for purchasing (materials and services) and materials management for PCP Operations Ensure periodic revision of Finshed Goods ( in plant), WIP, Raw Material/Packaging inventory norms for PCP Operations based on changing business scenarios and implementation of the sameCoordinate with central functions to maximise OTIF on Finished Goods within stipulated Quality and agreed inventory normsProvide inputs for Annual Business Planning processes based on supply chain performance for PCP Operations at BaddiEnsuring accuracy and timelines of planning of production and raw materials leveraging SAP for optimal performance
