Role Summary:

We are looking for a Growth Manager to own, optimize and grow various business processes inthe company. The Growth Manager is expected to work in close coordination with thebusiness owner to help with reporting and analyses if business performance, work with productmanagers and operations teams to streamline various aspects of the business process, and runinitiatives in a bid to drive the business unit objective (revenue growth, cost optimization, newinitiatives etc.)


Key Responsibilities:

Scale existing business channels and find out new growth opportunities

Analyze daily business performance.

Monitor operations with internal and external partners.

Manage and improve processes to optimize the output.

Track targets/incentives to ensure compliance.

Manage marketing campaigns as part of P&L ownership.

Suggest product changes for user/agent workflow optimization.


Desired Skills and Requirements

Proficiency and comfort with data.

Good written and verbal communication skills.

P&L / process ownership.


Experience:

6 months to 2 years of experience in growth, business or product roles.

Startup experience is a plus.


Education:

Graduation or equivalent degree (engineering preferred) from a premier institute.

MBA or equivalent post-graduation degree would be positive.


Qualification :
