Requirements and Qualifications:

• Previous working experience as a ML/AL Developer for a minimum of 1-2 years
• Hands-on experience with core Python, Data science libraries like Pandas, Sklearn, MatplotLib, SciPy
• Hands-on experience with several machine learning algorithms (e.g., Regression and Classification algorithms, Supervised and Unsupervised learning algorithms
• Understanding of Deep Learning algorithms and Frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch is an advantage
• Understanding of all the processes from data collection, cleaning, and preprocessing, to training models and deploying them to production.
• Should have worked on/ or would be comfortable working on computer vision /image processing problems using libraries like OpenCV and Pillow
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• passionate about artificial intelligence and stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the field.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Understanding business objectives and developing models that help to achieve them, along with metrics to track their progress
• Write reusable, testable, and efficient code
• Design and implement of low-latency, high-availability, and performance applications
• Integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic
• Performance tuning, improvement, balancing, usability, automation
• Work collaboratively with various teams to understand end-user requirements to provide technical solutions and for the implementation of new product features
• Should be a strong team player and also have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
