HR Recruiter Job Description

1. Design and update job description.

2. Source potential candidates by using databases and from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms like Linked ln)

3. Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates.

4. Screen incoming resumes and application forms.

5. Call Candidates 100-200 calls/day (via phone)

6. Maintain MIS.

7. Advertise job openings on social media, job portals, or reference.

8. Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to the HR Manager.

Requirements

1. Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role

2. Experience with sourcing techniques

3. Solid verbal and written communication skills

4. BBA/MBA/ PGDM in Human Resources Management or relevant field

5. Calling Experience is a must.
