Systems / QMS Engineers

Diploma / BE (Mechanical)
3-5 Years , preferably in Fasteners Industry

• Handles TPM & Quality Documents as per the IATF 16949-2016 as well as Customer Specific Requirement (CSR).
• Ensure that Total Quality Management System is developed and managed in accordance with requirements of IATF16949.
• Development of the tools to support the Total Quality Management System.
• Preparation of IPO model & SOP for different Manufacturing Processes involved, and conducting IPO & Process Audits in order to continually refine the process Structure.Identify best processes, practices, engineering procedures and supporting work instructions to implement process improvements.
• Conduct regular reviews to ensure that all the key processes and procedures have been correctly followed as per TPM & QMS.Training of Quality, Engineering and Project teams for the requirements of the Quality Management System, and the tools used to implement it successfully.
• Work alongside the Quality Assurance Team so as to ensure that all engineering & design deliverables to the customer are properly reviewed and verified by respective teams.
• To implement regular internal audits to check compliance to Quality Management System and IATF16949 guidelines
• Prepare for and interface with customer and approval authorities representatives during assessments and audits.
• Ensure the Quality Management System satisfies the external certification requirements of IATF 16949:2002, ISO 14001 etc.
• Produce a monthly quality report on quality problems, their CAPA and identification and implementation of appropriate corrective action plans.
