Job Summary
Given we are in the digital space, training plays a huge role for us. We need our teams to be educated about the latest technology and upgrade their skills. L&D is a top priority and we would expect you to lead such initiatives proactively.
We have grown this organization carefully over the last few years, by treating each and every member as a family. We have cared for the growth and development of our people and have genuinely helped them become better versions of themselves. It's a close-knit group of 35-40 people who laugh over lunch and squeeze into a tiny room but love to eat together. We celebrate their accomplishments and have often shed tears at just seeing how much they have grown. Overall, it's a quite soulful organization and we are looking for someone who would fit right in.

Requirements
