Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 6 months of experience required
- Knowledge of finding the best candidates using job boards, job portals, social media, and other creative methods
- Ability to establish cooperative and collaborative relationships built on trust
- Effective and professional communication skills- in writing and speaking.
- Deep understanding of recruiting process and the ability to recommend improvements
- Proficiency in English is a must
- Good people skills and interpersonal skills would be an advantage
- Willingness to learn and grow with us
Roles & responsibilities-
- Handling end-to-end recruitment cycle
- Communicating with hiring managers for future job openings and technical requirements for the job
- Writing and posting job descriptions for relevant platforms
- Screening applicants according to the job requirements
- Arranging telephone, video, or in-person interviews
- Presenting the resumes of the suitable candidates to the hiring manager
- Offering job positions and completing the paperwork
- Keeping track of all applicants and keeping them informed during the whole process
- Negotiating offers as required/necessary/accordingly
