Job Summary
  • Handling End to end Recruitment Profile.
  • 80% Recruitment & 20% Operations.
  • Should be well versed with job posting on portals, social media, Calling, screening resume, sourcing profiles, Scheduling the interviews
  • Conducting initial round of telephonic interviews.
  • Floating requirements on job portals and coordinating for interviews with Line Managers.
  • Salary negotiations and closing positions.
  • Rolling out an offer, appointment letter or any other HR related documents.
  • MIS Reporting.
  • Completing onboarding formalities.
  • Planning & Coordinating for Employee Engagement Activities.
  • Roles & Responsibilities will include the above profile however it will not be restricted to the same.
  • Addition/ Upgradation to the profile as and when required by the Reporting Manager.

1 to 4 Year
