Essential Responsibilities include:

Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience
Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple
channels and customer touchpoints
Instrument conversion points and optimizes user funnels
Optimize all aspects of our affiliate program through established and new networks
Implement initiatives that enhance affiliate productivity, create new growth opportunities andincrease ROI
Strong sales, negotiation, analytical and implementation skills.
Aggressively drive sales and program efficiencies
Motivate affiliates to provide maximum exposure and revenues
Track & analyze metrics to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of the program(s)
Should have the knowledge of Skype, team viewer
