Job Description:
We are looking for a highly creative and skilled Graphic Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong design portfolio, a keen eye for aesthetics, and the ability to translate ideas into visually compelling graphics for both digital and print media.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop innovative design concepts and visuals for web, print, and marketing campaigns.
- Design logos, banners, social media graphics, brochures, and other visual content.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality design work across all projects.
- Establish and maintain consistent brand guidelines and creative direction.
- Manage and prioritize multiple design projects, meeting deadlines and specifications.
- Perform image retouching, editing, and manipulation as required.
- Use a variety of design tools and software to bring concepts to life (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in graphic design.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative and technical skills in both digital and print design.
- Proficiency in design software including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.
- Strong understanding of color theory, typography, layout design, and visual hierarchy.
- Excellent time management, attention to detail, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
