We are looking for people with the right mix of compassion, communication skills, and technical knowledge to get the job done. Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, serving as their main point of contact and trusted advisor. Identify opportunities to increase revenue from existing customers through upselling and cross-selling WebEngage products and services. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention by understanding client goals, providing solutions, and addressing any issues or concerns. Develop an in-depth understanding of WebEngage's products and services to effectively communicate their value to clients. Analyze client data and usage patterns to identify opportunities for improvement and growth. Educate clients on best practices and new features to maximize the value they receive from WebEngage. Prepare regular reports and updates for clients on their account performance and the impact of WebEngage solutions. Work closely with the sales and product teams to align customer needs with product development and sales strategies. Ideal Candidate: Minimum 5 years of experience in the Adtech and Martech space. Having SaaS experience is a must. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Marketing or Business). Proven track record of successfully managing and growing revenue from existing customers. Strong understanding of customer engagement, retention, and marketing automation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Data-driven with the ability to analyze and interpret client data.
