Job Summary
  • Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:
    • Create and post job listings on job boards and company website.
    • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews.
    • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
    • Assist in the selection and onboarding of new employees.
  • Employee Onboarding:
    • Facilitate the new hire orientation process.
    • Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed and filed.
    • Assist new employees in getting acclimated to company culture and policies.
  • Employee Relations:
    • Act as a point of contact for employee questions and concerns.
    • Help resolve workplace conflicts and issues in a fair and timely manner.
    • Promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Benefits Administration:
    • Administer employee benefit programs, including health insurance and retirement plans.
    • Assist employees with benefit inquiries and enrollment.
    • Ensure compliance with benefit regulations.
  • Training and Development:
    • Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs.
    • Support career development initiatives and performance improvement plans.
  • Compliance and Policy Management:
    • Ensure company policies and procedures are communicated and followed.
    • Stay updated on labor laws and regulations to maintain compliance.
  • Performance Management:
    • Collaborate with managers on performance review processes.
    • Help establish performance goals and track progress.
  • Data Management and Reporting:
    • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
    • Prepare HR reports and analytics for management.
