Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Business Development Executive to join our fast-growing team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about lead generation, driving revenue, and identifying new opportunities to contribute to the business growth of WebGuruz. As a Business Development Executive, you will play a critical role in expanding our client base, securing new projects, and strengthening relationships with existing clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Knowledge: Familiarize yourself with all products and services offered by WebGuruz.
- Client Acquisition: Actively acquire new clients through bidding platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, etc.
- Upselling: Leverage the existing client network to upsell services and solutions.
- Lead Generation: Drive marketing and sales efforts leading to client conversions.
- Database Management: Update and maintain a prospect database, recording all prospecting activities daily.
- Proactive Follow-ups: Take a proactive approach to business development, ensuring timely follow-ups with potential clients.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline, ensuring consistent growth.
- Market Research: Develop strategies for list building based on researching target markets and identifying potential leads.
- Proposal Development: Coordinate with the technical team to develop detailed technical proposals and respond to client inquiries.
- Spontaneous Bids: Send proposals and bids on platforms like Upwork to grab new business opportunities.
- Stay Current: Stay in tune with market trends and consumption behaviors to ensure our offerings remain relevant and competitive.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: A graduate or postgraduate degree (B.Tech, MBA, BBA) is preferred.
- Experience: No prior experience required, but enthusiasm and drive to close deals are essential.
- Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills to effectively close deals with clients.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Presentation Skills: Ability to present ideas and proposals clearly and persuasively.
- CRM Experience: Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
- Client-Centric: Ability to generate revenue by identifying pain points and offering suitable products or services.
- Professional Demeanor: Professional, well-groomed appearance, and affable disposition.
