Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager (Web Development) with 5+ years of experience, including strong expertise in team handling, client acquisition, and revenue generation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team, identifying business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving the company s growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify and close business opportunities through platforms like Upwork, Guru, PPH, and Fiverr.
  • CRM Management: Effectively manage leads and clients using CRM systems like HubSpot or any other CRM.
  • Strategy Development: Develop competitive business strategies to align with company goals and revenue targets.
  • Proposal Writing: Write compelling business proposals and tailor solutions to potential clients' needs.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, providing customized quotations and solutions.
  • Technical Knowledge: Address client queries with strong technical knowledge and propose suitable web and mobile app development solutions.
  • Industry Expertise: Extensive understanding of Mobile Apps, Web Development, Digital Marketing, E-commerce platforms (Magento, Shopify, WooCommerce), and HubSpot sales.
  • Negotiations & Deal Closure: Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure mutually beneficial terms for both the company and clients.
  • Internal Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (Marketing, Product, and Operations) to ensure client-focused solutions are delivered effectively.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry innovations to optimize business strategies.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present business development reports, performance metrics, and revenue projections.
  • Team Management: Lead a team of business development professionals, focusing on lead generation, client communication, and achieving sales targets.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Educational Qualifications: BE/B.Tech/BCA/MCA/MBA or equivalent.
  • Experience:
    • 5+ years of experience in sales or business development in a software development company (e-commerce & web development focus).
    • 4+ years of experience in eCommerce projects (Magento, Shopify, WooCommerce) or CMS platforms.
  • Expertise in: Writing persuasive business proposals, managing business relationships, and closing deals.

Soft Skills Required:

  • Self-motivated and result-oriented with a focus on achieving goals.
  • Strong track record in driving revenue growth and expanding market presence.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinking and ability to develop and execute successful growth strategies.
