ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Capable of calling in USA, Canada, UK, Australia, Middle-East Region, and other EU countries.
  • Calling and providing a software and services description to leads that company will provide to you.
  • Manage leads, cold calling, and providing service description, follow-up.
  • Calling to new clients for selling our services and dedicated resources.
  • Cold call the Founder/CEO/MD of IT Companies having employees less than strength of 50 and if possible less than 20 too.
  • Look for B2B opportunities and make a call and collect relevant to it.
  • Once there would be positive response from any of inquires whether service or software based he will pass on the call to his supervisors.
  • Collect data from LinkedIn, websites and other platforms relevant to our services and products and put them in a central CRM where we can approach them.
  • Maintaining a database of the work being done.
  • Communicate via outbound phone calls, as well as email.
  • Capable of handling emails and its responses.
  • Client relationship management and complaint management.
  • Live chat support for products/services

SKILLS SET & QUALIFICATION:

  • Need candidates having experience in selling services.
  • Experience of minimum 2 yrs. or more is required.
  • Experienced in data collecting, data mining and cold calling
  • Passion for delighting customers.
  • Excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence.
  • Attention to detail.
