We are looking for a creative and talented web designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio demonstrating their ability to create visually stunning and effective websites. Qualification: Bachelor s degree in web design, graphic design, or a related field At least 1 year of experience in web design or a related field A strong portfolio demonstrating your ability to create visually stunning and effective websites
Role and Responsibilities:
- Design and develop website layouts and user interfaces based on client requirements and industry standards
- Collaborate with web developers and other stakeholders to ensure the design is optimized for functionality and user experience
- Create and maintain design guidelines and templates for consistency across multiple projects
- Stay up-to-date with emerging design trends and technologies to continuously improve the quality of designs
- Perform quality assurance and testing to ensure the website meets design specifications and is error-free
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to effectively communicate with web developers
- Strong understanding of web design principles including color theory, typography, and layout
- Experience designing responsive websites that are optimized for various devices and screen sizes
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of UX design principles to create user-centered designs
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, and Figma
- Experience with animation and motion graphics Understanding of SEO best practices to design websites that are search engine friendly
- Familiarity with content management systems such as WordPress and Drupal
