Candidate Should be Immediate Joiner .
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Should have experience of working as a Trainer in BPO for minimum 1 year
Should know Throughput, Certification & Training related terms
Should be aware of Training KPIs & KRAs.
Should be well versed with the functions & tasks of Trainer
Candidate should be flexible with Rotational Shifts & 5 days working culture.
Should have excellent communication skills.
