Paid Training- 10k stipend for the first 3 months

Salary Offered - 18k to 22k plus incentives upto 50k

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound calls from US customers regarding flight bookings.

Understand customer requirements and provide the best flight options.

Convert queries into confirmed bookings and achieve sales targets.

Work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a goal-oriented approach.

Requirements:

Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate in any field.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal English skills.

Sales Mindset: Willingness to learn and adapt to sales techniques.

Availability: Ready to work in night shifts (US timings).

Tech Skills: Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with travel portals is a plus.

Personality: Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to grow in a sales role.
