JOB DESCRIPTION:
- We are seeking driven and customer-focused individuals to join our team. Ideal candidates should be proactive, persuasive, and passionate about sales and travel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound travel sales queries.
- Provide expert travel consultation and itinerary planning.
- Convert leads into confirmed bookings.
- Maintain client relationships and ensure satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in English (both spoken and written).
- Energetic, thoughtful, and sales-oriented.
- Willing to work night shifts (rotational basis) with roster-based weekly offs (no fixed offs on Saturdays and Sundays).
- Candidates must be located within 25 km of Ecospace, Kolkata.
- Prior experience in travel sales is an added advantage.
