From point of the requirement to design flow, QA engineers are a key vertical in all of the company's product development processes.

• Understand the role of testing within the software development lifecycle and business-related project constraints in web and mobile developments.
• Develop, implement and execute test plans and scripts to address business and technical use cases.
• Ability to review and improve test coverage
• Able to manage a small team of QA.
• Must be able to Automate manual test scenarios
• Research and document bug reports following agreed-upon processes immediately upon discovery of a quality problem.
• Use existing tools and techniques to execute test cases and build new tools and scripts for performing testing/validation function.
• Must be able to work in TestNG framework or demonstrate abilities to develop a framework from scratch
• Should have a good understanding of DevOps lifecycle
• Able to perform various Automation POC and showcase the potential benefits to clients and Senior Management

Requirements

• 0-3.5 Years Experience in Automation Testing using Selenium WebDriver
• Good Understanding of SDLC and STLC.
• Must have prior experience in working with TestNG and Data Driven Framework
• Strong functional testing knowledge and concepts
• Experience in preparing/executing test cases and reporting defects
• Experience in Jira or any such defect management tools
• Must have experience in SCRUM/Agile Process
• Strong knowledge in OOPs Concepts, Collections
• Self-motivated, quick learner, organized, and responsible team player
• Strong and effective communication Skills
