Have a base understanding of media plans, reports, spends and media creative guidelines.
Manage team and client escalations.
Manage, lead the creative process for campaigns and work closely with the Creative Team to ensure goals are met.
Effectively lead and motivate internal team to produce best in class work
Provides accurate plan details and updates to clients.
Identify the team's training needs and ensure they are addressed.
Effectively balance the team's interest and client/work pressure.
