Job Summary

  • Have a base understanding of media plans, reports, spends and media creative guidelines.
  • Manage team and client escalations.
  • Manage, lead the creative process for campaigns and work closely with the Creative Team to ensure goals are met.
  • Effectively lead and motivate internal team to produce best in class work
  • Provides accurate plan details and updates to clients.
  • Identify the team's training needs and ensure they are addressed.
  • Effectively balance the team's interest and client/work pressure.
