Telecaller Job Responsibilities:
1. Addressing clients' uncertainties, grievances, and suggestions on time.
2. Obtaining and updating lists of individuals' contact details.
3. Influencing & persuasion skills.
4. Answering questions about the products or the company.
5. Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
6. Attend complaint/service calls and route them to the service department.
7. Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed.
8. Go the extra mile to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.
