Job Description:

A Social Media Manager is responsible for creating and managing content on an organisation's social media platforms. We are seeking a talented and creative Social Media Manager to join our team in Thodupuzha, Ernakulam. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to increase our online presence and engage with our target audience.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement.

Creating and scheduling posts.

Manage social media accounts and respond to inquiries, including posting updates, responding to comments, and maintaining a consistent online presence.

Monitor and analyse social media performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing.

Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats.

Interact with the online community and build relationships with followers, customers, and influencers.

Manage social media advertising campaigns to promote products, events, and brand initiatives.

Ensure brand consistency in all social media posts and interactions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.

Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role.

Strong knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and analytics.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Strong content creation and copywriting skills.

Creativity and the ability to develop engaging content.

Proficient in social media management tools and analytics.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
