Job Summary
- You have excellent writing and communication skills
- You are familiar with RBI / SEC / TRAI-DoT / AML / VDA / VARA / Securities Law / FEMA / IP laws / Data Protection / PPI / other applicable laws.
- You have 5+ years of experience in legal advisory
- You have worked on a Cross border transaction advisory
- You understand tokenomics and DAOs
- You can work & build financial models using excels
- Competence in broad range of corporate, business & Web3 laws.
- You demonstrate strong collaboration, decision-making, and communication skills
- You are comfortable communicating technical content
- You possess strong research skills and are naturally curious you love learning new things and are excited to teach others new concepts
- A genuine passion for the web3 industry
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines
