Responsibilities and Duties Recruitment and Selection: The HR Manager is responsible for creating job descriptions, posting job vacancies, screening and shortlisting candidates, and conducting interviews for various positions. Onboarding and Orientation: The HR Manager must ensure that new employees receive proper onboarding and orientation to familiarize them with the company culture, policies, and procedures. Performance Management: The HR Manager must develop and implement performance management programs that align with the company's goals and objectives and ensure that employees receive regular feedback and performance evaluations. Compensation and Benefits: The HR Manager must develop and implement compensation and benefits programs that are competitive and align with the industry standards to attract and retain top talent. Employee Relations: The HR Manager must ensure that the workplace is conducive to productivity and employee satisfaction by resolving conflicts, addressing complaints, and providing guidance to managers and employees. Training and Development: The HR Manager must identify training and development needs, develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. Compliance and Risk Management: The HR Manager must ensure that the animation studio is in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies, and that risks are identified and managed effectively. Diversity and Inclusion: The HR Manager must promote and support diversity and inclusion initiatives to create a workplace that is inclusive and respectful of all employees.
