Position Summary:

The Admin Executive plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the office by managing various administrative tasks related to hospitality, cleanliness, electrical maintenance, and procurement. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can maintain a well-organized and welcoming office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hospitality Management:
    • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees with a professional and friendly demeanor.
    • Manage office reception, including handling incoming calls and inquiries.
    • Coordinate refreshments and arrangements for meetings and events.
  • Cleanliness and Housekeeping:
    • Oversee daily office cleanliness and housekeeping services.
    • Maintain a clean and organized office environment by scheduling regular cleaning and tidying up common areas.
    • Ensure that sanitation and hygiene standards are met.
  • Electrical Maintenance:
    • Monitor and address electrical issues, including lighting, power outlets, and appliances.
    • Coordinate with external vendors for repairs and maintenance when necessary.
    • Conduct periodic checks to identify and rectify electrical hazards.
  • Procurement:
    • Source and purchase office supplies, equipment, and consumables as needed.
    • Maintain inventory records, monitor stock levels, and reorder supplies as necessary.
    • Evaluate and negotiate with suppliers to obtain cost-effective deals.

  • General Administrative Tasks:
    • Assist in coordinating office logistics, including seating arrangements, parking, and access control.
    • Support the administration team in various administrative tasks and projects.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
    • Proven experience in office administration or a related role.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Knowledge of basic electrical maintenance is a plus.
    • Proficiency in using office software and equipment.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

    Working Conditions:
