Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:


Operational Support:


Assist the Marketing Head in managing the day-to-day operations of the department.

Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and events as required.

Maintain and update departmental documents, files, and databases.

Manage inventory and procurement of office supplies and marketing materials.

Help in the preparation of reports, presentations, and documents.

Compliance Assistance:


Collaborate with the Compliance team to ensure marketing activities adhere to regulatory guidelines and company policies.

Assist in reviewing marketing materials for compliance and accuracy.

Keep up-to-date with relevant industry regulations and compliance requirements.

Help in the documentation and filing of compliance-related records.

Communication and Coordination:


Act as a liaison between the Marketing Head and other team members.

Facilitate communication within the department and with external stakeholders.

Ensure timely responses to emails, inquiries, and requests.

Coordinate with other departments to fulfill marketing needs.

Data Management:


Assist in data collection, analysis, and reporting to track marketing campaign performance.

Maintain customer and prospect databases, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with data protection regulations.

Process Improvement:


Identify areas for process improvement and operational efficiency within the department.

Suggest and implement solutions to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.



Experience Required :

Minimum 2 Years
