You will work in our Noida Sector 63 office and be responsible for finding and attracting candidates who will contribute to our fast-growing and people-oriented environment. We are seeking an immediate joiner to fill this position.As a Senior Recruiter at Wildnet Technologies, you will play a crucial role in helping us identify and hire top talent in the fields of Digital Marketing and IT services.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition: Identify, source, and engage with qualified candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, and professional networks.

Candidate Assessment: Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.

Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.

Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future job openings.

Compliance Adherence: Ensure all recruitment processes adhere to company policies and legal requirements.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in the Digital Marketing and IT services industry.

Familiarity with sourcing and recruitment tools.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
