Presentation Specialist Job in Williams Lea

Purpose of Role:

Williams Lea Tag is looking for Presentation Specialists, who will be responsible for working closely with the rest of the team on a daily basis, and would be reporting into their Document Production lead / Process Trainer / Client Manager on their daily deliverable. Job role involves producing documents with total accuracy and quality within the specified timeframe and by meeting clients specifications. The individual will also be taking additional responsibilities to the nature of quality control, training support for Document Production Associates, and become a link with the Quality Assurance Specialist

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Excellent PowerPoint skills including Icons, Infographics and enhanced

layouts

2. Responsible for producing documents as per client instructions

3. Produce documents with total accuracy and quality within the specified

timeframe by meeting clients' requirements

4. Interact with clients directly to clarify doubts and provide suggestions on

layouts, designs

5. Self quality check the documents produced

Good to have (advantage) Skills:

Intermediate in Adobe suite (Illustrator & Indesign)

Qualifications and Experience:

Possess 2 years of production experience in Business Presentation

Good command over English language Spoken and Written

Self starter, proactive & assertive

Work Location - Cochin/Chennai
