Job Summary
  • Experience required 12 + yrs a Chief Engineering from Corporate environment.
  • Experience in HVAC, Fire Fighting and Plumbing works from Installation to Commissioning and handover stage in MEP
  • Should be expertise in Maintaining the HVAC system, which included regular inspections and calibrations and repairing or installing components
  • Should have Excellent skill in Testing and Commissioning ofMechanical systemsuch as Chillers,AHU,etc
  • Proficient in Arranging training on fire fighting and emergency evacuation to the office employees, staff, security through external agencies
  • Should be responsible for facilities teams with their day-to-day management of property projects, health and safety matters and building maintenance
  • Timely offering consultants to inspect the equipments commissioning with checklist and test reports on site during or after commissioning.
  • Prepare budgets,Capex & Opex
  • Vendor Management
  • Team Management.
