Roles and Responsibilities

• Strong Sales experience within Corporate Real Estate / International Property Consultant environment
• Should have experience in selling solutions related to Internal Fit-out projects.
• Frontending client-interface, proposal development, bid clarifications and presentations.
• Having worked within a Corporate Real Estate environment, experience of strategic sales, business development and client relationship management.
• Strong in Client Relationship management
• Ability to convert RFP into final deals.
• Lead Sales pitches end to end independently and influenced corporate decision makers in the management and deployment of their property portfolio.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
