Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Digital Marketing Executive to lead and execute Winfomi s digital marketing strategy. This role will focus on boosting brand awareness, engagement, lead generation, and customer retention across multiple channels including social media, email marketing, SEO, and paid advertising. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation and optimization of marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
SEO & Content Strategy
- Conduct competitor analysis, backlink research, and develop content strategies to improve online visibility.
- Implement on-page and off-page SEO tactics including keyword optimization and link building.
- Monitor SEO metrics, adapt strategies based on data and industry trends.
Email Marketing
- Plan and execute targeted email campaigns with personalized content.
- Segment audiences to boost engagement and conversion rates.
- Track and optimize email campaign performance.
Social Media Management
- Create and implement social media strategies for platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
- Manage content creation and scheduling in collaboration with designers and video editors.
- Grow Winfomi s LinkedIn network and generate engagement using LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Local SEO
- Optimize local search presence via Google Business Profile and directory management.
- Ensure consistent NAP (Name, Address, Phone) details and incorporate local keywords.
Paid Advertising
- Plan, manage, and optimize Google and Meta ad campaigns to achieve marketing goals.
- Coordinate paid advertising with overall marketing strategies for maximum ROI.
Collaboration & Project Management
- Work with development teams on website feature testing and quality control.
- Collaborate with content creators to ensure brand consistency.
- Manage timelines and deliverables for marketing projects.
Lead Generation & Conversion Tracking
- Utilize LinkedIn and other channels to generate and nurture leads.
- Analyze campaign effectiveness and recommend improvements.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of proven experience in digital marketing, with strengths in social media management, email marketing, SEO, and paid ads.
- Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing, especially in software/technology sectors.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and SEO tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz.
- Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
