Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Integration Developer to design, develop, and implement seamless integrations between Salesforce and external systems. This role requires hands-on experience with Salesforce development and integration tools to streamline business processes and enhance operational productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom Salesforce integrations with external systems using REST APIs, Apex, and middleware tools.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into integration solutions.
• Configure and customize Salesforce features to support integration workflows.
• Perform data mapping, transformation, and migration activities within integration projects.
• Document integration processes, data mappings, and system configurations for ongoing maintenance.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers on best practices.
• Troubleshoot integration issues, optimize performance, and implement error handling mechanisms.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of Salesforce development experience, with a focus on integrations.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce APIs, Apex (sync/async), Visualforce, and Lightning Platform.
• Experience developing and debugging Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Proficient in REST API-based integrations and Salesforce best practices.
• Familiarity with front-end web technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSON, and SQL.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I) are a plus.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Integration Architecture certification.
• Experience with additional programming languages like Java or Python.
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
