Assistant Manager Sales Operations Job in Wingify

Job Details: Weare looking to hire a candidate for Revenue Accounting and Operation and the successful candidate would perform the following activities:

• Revenue and Invoice accounting, reporting.
• Reconciliation of Revenue, Unearned Revenue, and Debtors as per Financial System with the Operational Systems.
• Accounting of foreign exchange differences at the time of invoicing and collections.
• Creation of invoices on request.
• Reconciliations of invoices with Payment Gateways
• Responsible for Statutory Audit and other audits as may be taken up from time to time.
• Working with the compliance team for GST Submissions and E-invoicing as per the deadlines.
• Month-end & Quarter-end Closing of revenue GL
• Calculation of Partner/Affiliate Commission

Skills/Experience

• Candidates with at least 2-3 years in a SaaS or a Subscription billings-based company will be preferred
• Experience in managing Multi-Currency / International Billings from India.
• Experience in GST Refunds
• Strong Analytical Skills with a positive attitude
• Accounting for contracts in Foreign Currency.
• Experience in working on SAP Business One.
• Good knowledge of MS - Excel, and ability to work on large files
• Good writing skills and verbal communication

Educational Qualifications

• MBA Finance or Semi Qualified CA with 2-3 years of experience.
