Job Summary >

We are looking for a Content strategist with a rich experience in B2B SaaS space. This is a leadership role that will help Wingify set up a world-class content & sales enablement framework. The overarching goal for the role would be to help drive our consultative sales efforts by fine-tuning our messaging for enterprise prospects and clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research (primary and secondary), collect information and analyze to develop deep insights on client needs, motivations, problems, and objectives. Use these insights to create our sales content strategy to maximize engagement and conversion of prospects and clients
  • Conceptualize and create targeted sales collaterals and develop content that incorporates empathy and understanding of different buyer personas that we target. Develop a customer-centric brand voice in all communication. Some specific use-cases might include:
    • Improving the sales cadences with the optimal communication strategy and messaging to maximize conversions through the funnel. Develop customized email pitches and sales call templates based on varying lead segments
    • Developing cue-cards (buyer personas, key client pain-points, objections, and their responses, etc.) to empower the business development, sales, and customer servicing reps and help them personalize their communication and make it more effective
    • Develop customized enterprise pitch decks for high-value deals in conjunction with the sales, marketing, and our in-house video team
    • Developing other collaterals for the sales team to move prospects down the funnel (case studies, ROI calculators, client success stories, etc.)
    • Coach reps on probing and pitching. Help them understand and internalize the buyer personas. Review and optimize their messaging and communication tactics and help them answer questions like - What should they emphasize in a call/email at a particular stage in the funnel? How should they structure their conversations to probe for needs?
    • Build a world-class enterprise content enablement infrastructure that makes all relevant content easily accessible to all stakeholders. Ensure regular updates and version control.

Required Skills

  • Understanding of enterprise needs & B2B SaaS market enterprise selling: You need to have some insights into the decision-making process in enterprises, what decision-makers and users in enterprises care for, and what they fear, etc.
  • Customer centricity: You should demonstrate an obsessive drive to tap into customer insights either by speaking with them directly, listening into sales calls, or any other method that triggers a perpetual stream of consumer truths
  • Strategic storytelling: You should demonstrate experience of crafting strategic stories that can move the prospect from consideration to purchase by buying into your narrative
  • Experimentation mindset: You should be open to leveraging data to prioritize initiatives, monitor the impact and results of all key projects, and use the insights thrown by data to course-correct or double-down (as required)
  • Digital affinity: VWO is used by marketing, engineering, & product teams across 2500+ clients. Naturally, digital affinity and comfort in using cutting-edge tools is essential
