Job Summary

What you will do

  • Manage the onboarding of new clients
  • Be responsible for the management of a customer portfolio across the entire lifecycle
  • Own the success of your portfolio customers on VWO
  • Help build loyalty by creating an excellent relationship with the customers
  • Working closely with the training teams, undertake operational and methodological training for your accounts
  • Support clients in creating and implementing tests, building idea pipeline, and personalization campaigns while working closely with the VWO services team.
  • Alongside the support teams, resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and manage complaints in order to maintain trust
  • Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
  • Analyze and identify new areas for optimization following data analysis
  • Maximize your portfolio s expansion while minimizing churn and contraction

What we're looking for

  • Minimum of 3 years working experience in Customer Success or related field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Analytical thinker who is able to translate complex data into actionable plans
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript and how the SaaS works
  • Knowledge of overall marketing tech, digital marketing is an added advantage
  • Experience in working with e-commerce, travel, or media companies is a plus
  • Strong soft skills: energetic, enthusiastic, self-motivated, open-minded
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to strike a connect with diverse people across the globe
