Optimization Consultant Job in Wingify
Job Summary
Optimization Consultant works with our clients and helps them in achieving their business goals by improving their conversion rates. This is a customer-facing role requiring outstanding relationship management skills, technical and business acumen.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for forming strategies to improve the existing Conversion Rate using innovative ideas.
- Responsible for maintaining great relationships with clients.
- Work closely with clients to improve overall business understand and help them track the correct metrics required for their business.
- Work with customers to establish critical goals, or other key performance indicators and aid the customer in achieving their goals.
- Generate and deliver periodic (monthly/quarterly) reports to review the work done and analyze statistics, metrics, and provide recommendations for further improvements.
- Analyze the available data to understand the type of visitors visiting the website and figure out the leaks in the website and suggest corrective measures to solve these problems.
Professional Competencies:
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role or equivalent, history of increasing customer satisfaction.
- Understanding of Conversion Rate Optimization space and ongoing trends.
- Knowledge of Digital Marketing techniques and online promotional activities.
- Knowledge of copywriting techniques is a plus.
- Excellent customer relationship management skills.
- Outstanding communication, understanding, and writing skills.
- Understanding of web applications, HTML, JavaScript, and CSS is a plus
Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor s degree, Business or Computer Science related.
- Minimum 3 years of customer-facing experience.
- Experience in handling marketing campaigns.
- Understanding of digital marketing techniques and changing trends in the online space.
- Excellent organizational, presentation, and communication skills.
- Organized and reliable self-starter who can work independently.
- Strong written and verbal skills.
Location: Remote (Wingify is a remote-first company)
