Job Summary

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:-

  • Analyze Marketing & Sales funnel to find patterns in customer purchasing intent through analysis of customer journey.
  • Create and enhance existing reports on marketing KPIs such as leads, opportunities, conversion rates, lead attribution etc.
  • Develop, maintain, and manage advanced reporting analytics framework, dashboards, and other BI solutions using Tableau
  • Development and maintenance of existing marketing datasets, automated data quality checks, and documentation of the same.
  • Collaborating with teams to integrate new data sources for reporting.
  • Analysis of data and documentation of results, and providing ongoing reports and analysis to different marketing teams and stakeholders.
  • Use quantitative and statistical techniques to translate data into viable business recommendations, actionable insights and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to define requirements and timelines to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of data elements required for projects.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to resolve data discrepancies and system issues
  • Help in promoting marketing data fluency across the organization

Basic Skill Set:

  • Qualification: B.Tech
  • Previous experience in analytics of 4+ years is necessary.
  • Excellent SQL skills to solve complex business problems and performing the cleansing of data.
  • In-depth knowledge of dashboarding using Tableau.
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Strong understanding of data related to Salesforce/Google Analytics/AdWords/Marketo.
  • Build dashboards and analytics frameworks in partnership with the marketing team
  • Exposure to data analytics using Python.

  • Exposure to cloud data warehouse such as BigQuery/Snowflake/Azure/Redshift is preferred
  • Understanding of basic data warehousing and data modelling concepts.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing requirements to meet stakeholder needs.
  • Exposure to the B2B SaaS industry would be a huge advantage.
