Job Summary

Individual will be a part of Custom Applications team. This position requires extensive experience in web and mobile application development. An individual who has experience of independently leading modules of application. This position requires ability to comprehend business requirements,Hand-On coding, handle technical challenges with support of developers. on their day-to-day tasks.

Role & Responsibilities

• Experience in handling business requirements independently from technical and functional perspective.
• Responsible & accountable for execution end-2-end projects / part of Project or change requests and defects.
• Resolve technical issue faced for module handled and by the developers.
• Execution of project according to project plan, resolving day-to-day challenges of with the IT development life cycle.
• Always confirm to documentation, coding, and quality standards as defined.
• Prepare for and support user acceptance testing.
• Prepare all necessary documentation and processes to enable support of the systems.
• Effective Communication with internal and external customers, supervisors and management.

Required Experience:

Individual with 7+ years of experience, with at least recent 4+ years in Application development experience. Experience of application development from scratch will be an added advantage.

Experience as a tech lead will be added advantage.

Must have extensive hands-on experience in coding (Must).

Ability to learn new Technologies and a self-starter.

Must have experience in: .Net + MVC + .Net Core, SQL, Web API

Resolve technical issue raised by the team.

Hands-On experience with version control like GIT & TFS.

Can handle deployment & releases.

Detailed knowledge of Web Application Development standards, Security principles, Database design is required.

Proven ability to work on complex solutions, interfacing with large corporate systems required.

Rapid Application Development and Agile Development experience required.
