Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a professional, skilled Software Engineer to develop, create, and modify next generation computer applications software or specialized utility programs throughout our company. S/he will be tasked with analyzing user needs and developing appropriate software solutions.

Our ideal candidate will have a knack for designing and customizing software for specific client use with the aim of optimizing operational efficiency. S/he may analyze and design databases as well within an application area, working individually or coordinating database development as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

Program/write great quality code, perform the unit test as per the functional requirements.

Understanding functional requirements thoroughly and analyzing the client s needs in the context of the project

Provide User Support for applications deployed in the production environment.

Work in a flexible, cross-functional, team-based, development environment

Helping the team in troubleshooting and resolving of complex bugs

Coming up with solutions to any issue that is raised during code/design review and being able to justify the decision taken.

Acts as a technical lead for small-size projects to ensure they are driven to completion.

Writes detailed technical documentation for projects.

Working independently with little supervision.

Mentor and train team members

Design, Code, test, debug, implement and document complex WSO2 sequences.

Writing Junit/integration test cases to validate the code quality and code coverage.

Skills/Experience Required:

Hands-on experience in WSO2 Enterprise Integrator (preferably version 7.0) / WSO2 API Manager(preferably version 3.0). (Recommended)

Experience in minimum 2 full cycle integration implementation projects in WSO2.

Hands-on experience in designing and developing high volume web services using API Protocols and Data Formats (REST, JSON, SOAP & XML).

Hands On Experience in implementing service transformation, routing, enrichment and orchestration in WSO2.

Experience in securing APIs using OAuth, SAML, Open ID Connect, etc.

Strong knowledge in REST API Modelling languages. (YAML/Swagger etc.)

Good working knowledge of proxy services, connectors, error handling, custom mediators and good debugging skills

Solid programming skills using J2EE, Design Patterns, JMS, SOAP/REST Web Services, XSLT, CXF, etc

Good knowledge about CI/CD Implementations for Automating the WSO2 dev, Production deployment activities.

Experience in installation / migration of WSO2 APIM and EI Products.

Experience in Setting up the APIM / EI Analytics , Monitoring the API Statistics.

Experience in setting up Exception Handling / Logging / Retry Frameworks.
