Senior .net Developer Job in Wishtree Technologies

Job Description

• Requirements analysis, functional design specification and development of new and existing products and/or applications
• Design and development of systems, modules, enhancements, and bug fixes as per the requirements
• Must be able to develop applications modules independently, unit test them, and fix any bugs promptly
• Troubleshoot problems and provide solutions
• Keep up to date with the modern industry practices involved in designing & developing high-quality software
• Willing to learn and adopt new technologies in a short period of time as required by the project

Job Requirements

• Knowledge of contemporary software development methodologies and processes especially Agile Scrum
• Knowledge of software development best practices including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build process, release and delivery process
• Strong analytical skills to break down complex problems into smaller atomic units of work
• Proven problem solving and root cause identification skills including issue from complex software design or .NET framework
  Knowledge of best design practices in UI / UX
• Ready to take late evening calls (stand-up sometimes end up at 10 pm IST) from home
• Sound communication skills

Mandatory Skillset

• ASP.NET MVC 5.0 or later, C#.Net 4.6 or later (minimum 4 years)
• SQL Server 2016 or later (minimum 4 years)
• Entity Framework 6.0 or later (minimum 3 years)
• Web Services / Web API (minimum 2 years)
• JavaScript, jQuery (minimum 4 years)
• AngularJS version 1.* (1 year preferable)
• IIS 7 or later (minimum 2 years)
• Visual Studio 2017 or later (minimum 2 years)
• TFS / VSTS / Git Branching / Merging (minimum 2 years)
• Azure / Azure DevOps / CI / CD (~1 year / Sound Knowledge)
• Agile / Scrum (~1 Year / Sound Knowledge)
• Basic Unit Testing Manual / Automate (~2 years / Sound Knowledge)

Nice to have:

• Front-end development using technologies such as HTML5, CSS
• Knowledge of Authentication and Authorization process
• Minimum of a Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering or an equivalent technical degree
