We are in search of a highly energetic Business Development Representative. This position is an integral part of our sales system. An ideal match would be someone who is a go-getter, creative, and embodies the Founders Mentality. The BDR would be responsible for identifying opportunities and supplementing the sales pipeline. Remote work is allowed in this role
What will you be doing?
- Engage with Stakeholders like OEMs, Lighting designers, distributors, Installers and owners
- Generate Qualified opportunities by rigorous prospecting and research in the assigned market
- Do rigorous research on the companies and build an effective sales pipeline
- Strike and Initiate conversations with high profile personas of companies you are prospecting
- Come up with creative emails and campaigns to draw the attention of the prospects
- Be the face of WiSilica and pitch the company and its products in front of the prospects
Must Have:
- 2 5 years experience in a customer facing role at technology or services company
- BTech preferably specializations in EE, ECE, IT, CS or EC
- Clear, concise, and effective written and oral communication skills.
- Flexibility in working in different shifts/regions. This is necessarybecause you will be expected to work in a specific shift for a minimum of 1 year.
- Ability to handle rejections and stay focused and driven.
- Good presentation creation and delivery skills with aid of MS office tools or similar
- Strong influencing skills both for internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to collaborate effectively with all levels and functions, offering ideas and/or solutions
Even better if you will have:
- Prior work experience in companies in domains relevant to WiSilica s suite of products.
- Exposure to techniques for Finding emails and tools like Sales Navigator, Hunter etc.
