Sr. Java Developer

In this position, the candidate will implement new aspects of a modern, highly scalable cloud services-based system. The successful candidate will write standard server code using Java and enterprise SDKs / libraries for the WiSilica cloud platform. He/she will be responsible for ensuring the security, scalability and efficiency of the delivery of a particular module / feature / task. The candidate has to ensure proper coding and documentation standards prevalent in the domain and relevant to the company in the project.

Skills/Experience Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of professional experience in developing software applications with the Java platform
• Strong foundation of Object-Oriented Programming concepts
• Solid experience in Spring, SpringBoot or other java frameworks.
• Experience in micro-service architectures and development.
• Solid experience in designing and implementing RESTful web services
• Excellent knowledge and experience Web-security and authorization protocols like Oauth2.0
• Exposure to any of the documentation frameworks like Swagger, apiDoc etc
• Excellent knowledge of Databases, SQL, Transaction management and ORM technologies (Hibernate, MyBatis etc)
• Excellent knowledge in common design patterns.
• Solid experience in unit test cases (Junit etc)
• Excellent knowledge of Java coding standards and any of static code analyzing tools like Sonarqube, Checkstyle etc
• Experience in any of the Messaging Middleware AMQ/ RabbitMQ/ Ignite/Kafka/VerneMQ
• Experience with tools like Maven, Gradle, Jenkins, JIRA, confluence, GIT/ SVN etc
• Exposure or knowledge of any cloud like AWS, GCP, Azure etc.
