WISMAD is looking for highly skilled IT MANAGER to collaborate with a team and perform the required tasks.

Experience required : 2+ years experience managing teams of both IT and business development associates.

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Will be responsible for managing multiple concurrent web projects from start to launch, ensuring all requirements have been met, sites are thoroughly tested and projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Be accountable for translating customer needs and business goals into compelling interactive customer journeys and subsequent business requirements.
• Should have worked with the Business Development Associates (bidders on up work or equivalent portals).
• Will be responsible for development and management of IT team and business development associates team.
• Be accountable for translating customer needs and business goals into compelling interactive customer journeys and subsequent business requirements.
• Regularly use competitor analysis to help shape ideas and identify potential opportunities to optimize digital experience.
• Supervise and/or assist in the preparation and submission of documentation, such as proposals, progress reports, or other contractual requirements.
• Establish and enhance operational processes, procedures, and policies.
• Ability to: Manage large complex projects and teams; effectively negotiate/influence others; communicate technical/complex information both verbally and in writing; analyze the problem; solve a variety of issues; carry out strategic planning activities.
• In-depth knowledge of Web Development, Android Development, Digital Marketing.
• Guiding teams on projects and product development cycles, focusing on speed, communication, and continuous improvement.

Skills and requirements:

• 3+ years experience of managing IT Company (web development or equivalent).
• Should have the Quality to Handle and Manage the IT Team and Business Development Associates Team.
• Sound knowledge in UI technologies (PHP, CI, WP, HTML, JAVA etc.) and/or similar industry-standard tools is a must.
• Leadership capabilities with the ability to work across functional boundaries, virtual teams, and Business Development Associates to drive results.
• Detail-orientation and have interpersonal skills, Web operations, Digital Marketing, SEO-SMO.
• Ability to build consensus and relationships among partner and employees.
• Experience in leading and managing a diverse technical staff.
• Leading complex digital projects and technical teams in an agency environment.
• Exceptional and effective written and oral communication skills to address a wide variety of audiences.
