Job Summary

Job Responsibilities: Required at least 1 year of experience in Customer Care Services. Answer phone calls in a more professional manner and provide information about products and services as required by the callers. Provide accurate and complete information to customers by using the right tools, processes, and procedures. Effective communication skills: A customer care executive must have the ability to communicate both verbally and in writing. Must have experience in Inbound Calling. Should be available for morning/afternoon/night shift. Ability to effectively work with a team. Keep records of interactions and transactions of customers, keeping records of details of customer complaints, inquiries, and comments.
