Requirements: At least one containerization tool - Docker & K8s (Docker is must have) At least one Infra setup tool - Terraform/Ansible (Either of them is must have) At least one of the famous cloud services - Azure/AWS (Either of them is a must. If Azure, Azure DevOps is must have) At least some of the CI/CD tools - GitHub, Jenkins, Git lab, Travis CI (Any 2-3 of the list) Git is mandatory - Strong level Some other aspects of networking - F5, Infoblox, DNS setup (Any of these) At least be familiar with artifact storages - Artifactory/Nexus/Fortify (Either of them is must have) Other tools - Sonar Qube, VMWare, vSphere, Open Shift (Not Mandatory, but plus points if the candidate has it) Must be strong in one of the programming languages - Python, Java, Groovy, Go, etc. (Python is a must.
