Job Description summary

The Center of Excellence part of our Global Business Services divisions supports our worldwide sourcing and procurement activities. The activities managed within the CoE are deal support, reporting & analytics, contract management, tooling support & administration and customer & buying experience services.

We are looking for someone to create and manage contracts within our e-procurement tool- Coupa. The ideal candidate for this role has a proven track record and passion for creating fantastic customer experiences.

Job Description

Procurement is responsible to enable the internal Business Partner to comply to Contract related accountabilities, to maximize the benefit of the agreement & ensure continuous adaptation of the contract to the changing status quo. Contract Management manages all liabilities, obligations, procedures, settlements, conditions and tariffs stated in the contract on an operational level with regards to a specific agreement. Furthermore, Contract Management manages and resolves all possible contract ambiguities, gaps and changes. Contract Management is working in close collaboration with various stakeholders; contract owners, category leads and the procurement function.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Key accountabilities:

Calendar planning & renewal

Administrate agreement (incl. attributes and contract plan)

Create demand forecast and negotiation opportunities (short - long term) Dispute resolution

Assign mitigations to owner and track

Control SLA/ KPI performance and credit management

Issue management (resolve and maintain records and documentation)

Maintain risk and issue log

Manage escalations to Sourcing and Procurement leadership

Perform regular risk analysis

Monitoring of Contractual obligations

Administrate organizational changes (e.g. change of contract owner)

Control financial commitments (if other than payment)

Control of deliverables and milestones

Control service/ product compliance order under contract

Manage and administrate amendments and change requests

Manage compliance to regulations (e.g. GDPR)

Manage price changes / indexations / Forex developments

Support divestments / acquisitions and changes to contract Performance monitoring

Control of actual spend usuage versus forecast

Control of spend commitments

Manage benchmark activity in alignment with sourcing

Key competencies

? Hands on experience in Coupa and or alternative tools e.g. Ariba Contract Management

? Candidates with procurement experience and reading, drafting commercial contractual terms and conditions experience is a must

? Proven strong analytical ability to solution problems and drive results

? In-depth knowledge of procurement and customer services processes

? Ability to collaborate, build trusted relationships with, and drive action among cross-functional teams and SMEs

? Deep business acumen and strong strategic and conceptual skills

? Strong process and financial acumen

? Great network orchestrator, energetic and team spirit

? Strong interpersonal and communication skills

? Excellent knowledge of Microsoft and relevant IT tools Other duties

? Proactively pursues professional development activities (e.g., reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks)

? Manages time and company resources appropriately

? Performs other duties as requested by senior leadership

Education and experience

Minimum: Bachelors Degree in any discipline;

Minimum Experience: 5 years of contract management experience managing internal/external relationships, including:

? Solved complex problems to drive value to the organization

? Working with cross functional international stakeholders across the company

? Defining and implementing change plans

? Working with people from a variety of different backgrounds and cultures

? Collaborating with multiple internal teams

? Demonstrating excellent written and verbal communication

? Demonstrating organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skills

? Utilizing the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, MS Teams, etc)

Travel requirements

? Must have a valid passport

? Candidates should be flexible in working multiple shifts to support other offices of Wolters Kluwers, shift timings mentioned below

o 11:30 am IST to 8:30 pm IST

o 3 pm IST to 12 am IST

o 7 pm IST to 4 am IST
