The Opportunity

As a Senior Technical Architect on the Accelerators Team, you ll drive the design and development of packaged integration solutions, frameworks, and reusable assets that solve real-world customer problems. This role blends deep hands-on technical work with strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration, and customer-facing engagements.

Key Responsibilities

• Accelerator & Product Ownership
  • Lead the full lifecycle of accelerators: planning, architecture, development, testing, and continuous iteration.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to prioritize business and technical requirements.
  • Translate abstract challenges into scalable solutions using Workato s iPaaS capabilities.
• Technical Design & Execution
  • Architect complex integrations and reusable frameworks.
  • Build and test new accelerator features rapidly and reliably.
  • Guide exception handling, CI/CD processes, and connector development.
• Cross-Team Collaboration
  • Support internal teams (Sales, Product, Services) through custom demos, documentation, and enablement.
  • Contribute to technical marketing through whitepapers, webinars, and blog posts.
  • Participate in Agile sprints and run scrum meetings when required.
• Customer Engagement & Enablement
  • Collaborate directly with customers to gather insights and tailor technical solutions.
  • Ensure solutions meet enterprise security, governance, and compliance needs (e.g., SOX).
  • Provide up to 20% of support bandwidth during US/EMEA hours.

What You Bring

• Technical Skills
  • 12+ years in design, development, or architecture roles.
  • 8+ years in integration platforms (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, TIBCO, Oracle SOA, etc.).
  • Deep understanding of API, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
  • Hands-on experience with iPaaS (Workato preferred), SaaS (e.g., Salesforce, NetSuite), and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
  • Working knowledge of REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, and EDI.
  • Comfortable coding in Java, Python, or Ruby.
  • Experience with CI/CD and connector SDKs a plus.
