ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

• Any Graduates / Diploma (BE & B.tech can also apply)
• Should possess Good communication skills in English and Telugu or Hindi or Malayalam or Kannada, or Tamil
• Age should be below 30 years.

JOB PROFILE:

• Voice support for E-Commerce / Telecom Customers in PAN India.
• Handle calls from Chennai to across India for customers positively and professionally.
• Provide required feedback solutions to issues that have been raised.
• Deal with a wide range of potential Customer information & database.
• Salary: 12500 /- to 18500/- fixed CTC + Incentives.
• Job Timings: Day Shift Timings
• Work Location: Chennai.
• Interview Days: Monday to Saturday
• Interview Timings: 10am (Slot 1) or 2.30pm (Slot 2)
